- One principal on the mandate. You know who is on the file.
- Confidentiality first. Named companies are not blasted to listing mills as a default.
- Written buyer logs. Disclosed co-brokerage. Fees in English before engagement.
- Permission to say a company should not go to market this year.
The Concept behind the desk
In 1999 the HeyWhatEver Concept put a company at the center of twelve related desks — business, information, shop, jobs, TV, radio, and the rest — under one line: it is all about relationships. BBG is the brokerage spoke of that system. The journal on this site is the daily record.
